The illustrated support has a metal roller between two upright rods anchored in one rubber base. Riser Guard covers each exposed upper rod tip.
Strut pipe clamps, channel and threaded rod form the support assembly. Riser Guard is a separate rod-end cover concept, not a pipe clamp or structural support.
The planned family includes 1/4-20, 3/8-16 and 1/2-13. The prototype design specifies a 1/2-13 female thread; fit testing and production release remain to be verified.
Unistrut is a third-party brand reference for strut-channel context. No affiliation, endorsement or universal fit is represented.
No. For Unistrut or other strut-channel installations, the rod diameter, thread pitch and exposed length determine the starting configuration. Fit requires review of the actual assembly.
No. The existing pipe clamp, roller and support hardware retain their function. Riser Guard is a cover concept for the exposed threaded-rod end.
Direct sales on this site are planned. Riser Guard remains in development; ordering, final specifications, pricing and shipping are not yet available.
